I gotta say this place is a gem!
Its hidden but lunch time its always busy. And the crowd is not wrong about that. I've been to this place many many times now. Their curry chicken don has always been a favorite especially in this winter season in Melbourne.

Decent Japanese take away located on in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Cheap and quick and easy. Caught up with work colleagues here and glad we came here for a Friday night as every other place seem like a wait and we didnt have reservations so a place like Don Don makes my tummy satisfied after a long week. I ordered the Japanese chicken curry, came out super hot, thick with great flavours and with rice made it very filling. Didnt spend anymore than $15 for my meal which incldued a drink as well. Totally recommend as a cheap eat that i was not disappointed.
