Done-Rite Floor Sanding

After a great job done on our internal hardwood floors we had Done-Rite quote and do our external decks. They're not cheap but we expected the same quality job - problem was that the surfaces were as expected, a good job - but despite discussion during the job & email follow-up after, with the owner, Dave, they refused to stain the side of the boards. That left the finished deck looking terrible. Plus they stripped paint from our metal fixtures with their masking tape. Disappointed and felt I shouldn't have paid them the full amount of over $4k. Would have taken little effort to do this right and a 5 star rating would be deserved. But today they get 2.5.
