DONT Panic It's Organic

I am also a regular customer here and find the staff to be extremely friendly, personable and always willing to give you advice. Extremely fresh produce and quite a good range for an organic store. I'm not sure what the person below is going on about - perhaps they went to the wrong store?

I have also been a long term customer and get great service! The staff are extremely friendly and their food is very fresh!

I shop at DPIO regularly and always find the staff there friendly, helpful and very courteous (they even carried my bags to the car!). I have never been ignored and I find the quality of the food is of a very high standard and the range is surprisingly broad. I don't like prepacked fruit and vegetables like they sell in the local supermarkets and fruit shop, mainly because of the plastic wrap. I also like to shop for organics in a shop that has proper certification like DPIO.

They get two thumbs up from me.

Would pick no stars I could! I was not a member of this site book took the time to join just to write a bad review. There are organics available at the fruit shop now so there is another choice in Mt Eliza, but I was basically ignored. Customer service is non existent. The quality of most food was not on par to other organic shops in Melbourne.

If someone from the shop reads this...pay attention to you customers and show some care we keep you in business!
