My husband loves Donut King towards the end of the day where it is almost closing time. We are usually at Highpoint Shopping Centre towards the end of the week and not sure if other Donut King do this but the Highpoint one bundles up left overs and sells for a really cheap price. Although not fresh but still made from during the day. We usually get the box of mixed donuts which we eat over several days. If we don't end up eating it all we just throw it out knowing we didn't spend that much on it. Although I don't find donut king the tastiest donuts because i have had better, it still makes my husband happy. Service every time is standard given its towards the end of their shift so staff don't really talk much but seems like they look forward to getting rid of the food. Good idea and it works for us.
