Myles and Andy were very helpful however, as for the installer...terrrible. He was more than 1 hr
late to arrive for the installation the first time which was cancelled. Following rebooking he was earlier that scheduled, no problem with that but then the installer (Steve) proceeded to be profoundly rude, humiliating and abusive reducing me to tears. The installer (Steve) then proceeded to washout his staining sponges of dark brown stain on my freshly laid cement. Almost two months has past and although promised, no one from Door City has turned up to clean my concrete as promised. This was a malicious act and deliberate vandalism.

Before buying anything from this ridiculous company make sure you read the fine prints don't depend on what they tell you or what's written on your quote or any purchase documents as everything is hidden....$4600, 2 year old front door looks absolutely disgusting in fact it looks worse than the 30 yo back laundry door.....it took 4 months for this door to be delivered and they couldn't even deliver it without damage.....this company is all about selling inferior quality products for a lot of money.......buyers beware!!!

From the date the deposit was paid this company started making promises they couldn’t keep. Told 4 – 6 weeks to get door – reality 12 weeks! Continually ignored calls and when eventually spoke to someone they were nothing short of rude and made promises that they failed to deliver upon. Despite the company sending fitter out to measure and apparently assess suitability this apparently doesn’t count as any liability for the door once fitted not being fit for purpose which we found out after fitting. I have read the reviews here after purchasing my new exterior door from door city. I am glad I did as I found them to be exceptional in their knowledge of the product and made the process extremely simple. We had high expectations of the new door and they did not dissapoint. The quality of the door finish is great and the actual installation process could not have gone smoother.
The true professionalism of the installer topped off a great experience. I would have no hesitation in using or refering Door City in the future.
