I agree with tala2326 ... not happy. They appear to have lost their way. 10 years ago they were good ... new management maybe. I can not afford them now ... moving on to find a company that actually gives value for money. Any company that sends you an invoice with hours - minutes - seconds to calculate their cost is worring to say the least. And when you check the actual time the technician spent talking on the phone with you, you find that you were overcharged anyway. Yes if you complain they will reimburse you but the time spent to acheive this is consuming ... you should not have to do this.
