lovely flowers available in store, fresh and clean premises with reliable service. only enquiry made, so cannot speak for the delivery/extended service, but arrangements in store where creative and fresh.

On Mothers Day my daughter ordered a flower arrangement for me as she was unwell and unable to make the trip from Canberra. At 5.30pm on the Saturday the flowers had not arrived so she called to find out what had happened. The arrangement showed up around 6pm and it was extremely disappointing - over $60 for something that looked like it was the last flowers left in the shop. My daughter called and was told this is what she paid for but it was nothing like what she ordered online - never again Dots, our business used to be yours but not anymore
