Great interiors and kind customer service, but that doesn't mean it's a good doctor's clinic! My experience is being terrible. Way too expensive, I've been charged double visit for 20 minutes and on top of that I asked to run a normal blood test and after one month I received a $422.50 bill (out of my pocket as I'm not covered by Medicare, which I explained when I was there). On top of this, after my visit I kept experiencing various infections that would have been explained if the doctor had the decency of calling me back after having received my test results, but according to the doctor it was just stress...
Generally, I have never felt better when walking into a Medical Centre - but I have to say this stunning practice lifted my spirits the moment I walked in.
It's a wonderful surprise to go to a practice so beautfiul and sophisticated that not only provides bulk billing for my children but an affordable $35 gap fee for myself.
Dr Fogarty was so delightful and helpful - even the reception staff were lovely!
