Their agents are so unprofessional, rude and arrogant, they offer 10 minutes window for inspection but they lock the property in just 4 minutes and then keep on blaming you that you are late. And if ask questions about the property like about water and electricity cost inclusion etc. they say we don’t know. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant people.

For about three years, Dasher Realty has managed a property that I own. The staff (particularly Amanda and Tara) are exceptionally prompt in answering quesitons and extraordinarly helpful in anticipating issues that arise concerning managment of my proptery. For example, last year, I was incapacitated following cancer surgery and experienced temporary memory lapses. Amanda and Tara went out of their way to patiently help me, and continue to help in many ways. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf.

Disorganized property management business, high staff turnover and/or internal dysfunction results in virtually no requests being actioned.

Owners: Your properties are not managed, inspections are not conducted and maintenance/damage is not rectified until it becomes critical/unsafe. The value of your investments will suffer as a result.

Tenants/Buyers: Just don't bother. No matter how good the property may appear, it isn't worth having to interact with the Doug Disher agency.
