Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology

Doctor requested lab tests fom DHM, I paid the doctor (bulk billed), received the results and 2 months later I receive a text message from DHM "call us by end of the day". Thinking it was a mistake I ignored it. 2 weeks later I receive a call and letter from debt collection agency for $36. Not once did DHM call me, send invoice or inform me in any way I owed money. Disgusting behaviour.

DHM charged me $120 for 1 blood test that my GP usually bulk bills, and for which I was also bulk billed at another pathologist previously. The $20 I'll get back from Medicare does little to ease the blow.
