Douglas Service Station

Very genuine fellow. Have used him to service my 2000 Lancer twice in the past couple of years. He'll always ring if there is any extra work needed that falls outside of the regular servicing needs.

He also has very flexible hours, he's usually in 7.30 and works through to 6pm.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!! SUCH A RIP OFF! I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM IN THE VAN SPAR PLUGS NEED TO BE CHANGED! THIS OLD MAN EXPLAINED TO ME AS YOUR CYLINDER NOT WORKING! AND CHARGED ME $1450 TO GET RWC! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM! 100% RIP OFF..

I book my CAR service 2 weeks in advance and I specified to them to do anything that need to be done plus I wanted to fix my 2 T locks on my canopy..they called me during the day to say there was an issue with my suspension system and they say that would had cost me 300$ I agreed to fix it...when I went to pick up the car they said that the total was 500$ and only 2 things that were change was oil and oil filter and they took 1h 45 min to do this, in addition they said that the spark plugs and battery needs to be change but they needed more time to do it I find that unacceptable...

Douglas Service Station has the most honest and reliable mechanic. I know nothing about cars, I have an old Ford Laser that this Service station has managed to get running smoothly despite it's 20yrs. I got the Laser in a terrible condition, thought it would run for six months before I dispose it, but having taken it to this service station, it's been running 2yrs now and has not cost me a fortune in repairs. The Mechanic is a mature guy who will give detail description of your car's problem and give varied suggestions. He is simply the best!
