Douglas Service

Paul came to repair my washing machine which was leaking water from the bottom after moving to a new property. He made the assumption that it was a simple issue of the inlet hose losing its seal during the move. He replaced the seal, took $120 cash for 10 minutes work and left without investigating if there might be another issue. The machine had been working without issue prior to moving. Soon after he left water was coming from the bottom of the machine across the floor. I rang him and he said it was from the outlet hose when he had temporarily removed it. I tried another washing cycle the following week and the water leaking continued. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Great service, punctual and honest. Big thanks to Paul for helping me with my dryer and not charging me for a few extra parts ;) He also tuned my guitar before he left! Absolute legend, would definitely use again!!
