My family has been going to these guys for over a decade - this year they decided to go on a joy ride with our 4WD without our permission, and also managed to cop a speeding fine while doing so. After changing to another automotive we also found they were essentially charging us double (double the frequency) for certain services. Truly descpicable and untrustworthy.
