Since the renovation the atmosphere here is great. There's a really wide variety of food from steakhouse style, to bistro, to asian, and even pizza. Weekends seems to get quite busy so best reserve a table or you could be waiting a little while

Today I would like to review The Smokehouse Bar and Grill that is inside the Doylo. I have been wanting to try it for some time, and I was NOT disappointed at all. The place is huge, very light and bright with massive ceilings and great views. The staff were so lovely, extremely helpful and very polite, the menu is quite varied and the service was brillaint. While you order at the counter, when your meal is ready they bring it to your table. One side/half of the restuarant is more like a bar area, more casual seating and a an amazing beer and wine bar with so many choices from all around the world. In the restaurant area there is a kids play section. Some evenings they have live music, while I was there is was just a jukebox style set up where you could choose your own music. I came back :-) This time I was attending *the Fashion Circle* that was being held in the clubs auditorium, which by the way was very good. Afterwards we stopped for lunch, and again I wasn't disappointed. It was getting crowded, but we found a table easily, there was a bit of a line for placing your order, but it moved quickly. The lady who took our order was delighful, very friendly. The food (again) did not disappoint, I had the Chicken Parmegana while hubby opted for the bean nachos - it was a HUGE serving and he couldn't eat it all. Value wise for your money you get a good feed :-)

This was my very first visit to the Doyalson (Doylo) RSL club and I wasn't disappointed. It cost just $5.00 to join and the card gives you a discount on your food and drinks :-) The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and had me signed up and a card issued in minutes. The club is large, but it didn't feel *imprsonal* like some of the bigger clubs can be. The pokies area was large, but it was so easy to find where to get change and how to *cash in*. All the staff I dealt with were very nice, the whole club was clean, neat and tidy, with staff constanly clearing tables. I was with other family members and they all loved it there, we will definitely all be back again!

The food was just plain awful. Our whole table of 5 had different meals & they were all terrible. Pity as was hoping with the new renovations that maybe the food had got better but it was even worse than usual & will not bother going back again.
