The doctor and receptionist was very friendly. The doctor takes time to listen to you and quite helpful. The only thing about this place is that bulk billing is not available.
They bulk bill pensioners, children 16yrs and under, unemployed and those on sickness benefits.
My only experience is with Dr Jones and the receptionists and I can't speak highly enough of them. I haven't been treated by other doctors at the surgery although I'm sure they are highly competent otherwise they wouldn't be there. Dr Jones is not only an excellent GP he is a caring person. I feel safe in his hands. The same applies to his receptionist Helen
