Dr Adam Rapaport General Surgeon

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I booked an appointment for urgent reasons and was told I was first on Wednesday. On arrival I was given a wrong key for the bathroom, on explaining this I was told it should work. But it didnt? While waiting in the rooms I was told they are on their way this was 20 min late already. The reason I was given was they were doing routine rounds then why book appointment at this time. I waited longer as reception staff advised me they're on their way but this didn't happen, instead I was told they are doctors what do you expect. Maybe someone who can agree that we are all busy and this is a myth that we should wait for ridiculous times for Doctors who cannot manage time. This is abc of any business so I wouldn't be to confident here as that was my impression that there was no concern what so ever rather a cold feel.
