Dr Alastair Mackendrick

Dr Mckendrick was suggested by my GP for my daughter and have had the WORST experience with him! From bad communication with me in regards to side effects and expectations after surgery of my child to bad customer service from his staff members!
Dr Mckendrick performed clautery, grommets and taken my daughters adenoids out. Not only did I feel he did not communicate with us very well, he DID NOT see eithers myself or my daughters dad to let us know how the surgery went. My daughter experienced excessive nose bleeds after a few days and we were not told or communicated to about what to expect after surgery!
