Excellent surgeon with a lovely bedside manner. Made my 2 year old at ease for grommets operation. Very friendly doctor and staff.

Very rude staff! Highly recommend you go elsewhere! The reception staff at this clinic are the rudest people I have ever come across and should NOT be working in customer service. Wait time for appts is ridiculously long as is the time you sit in the waiting room when you eventually get an appt! Gap payment is enormous compared to other ENT surgeons.



Would NOT recommend at all - mainly due to unprofessional, unsympathetic and rude reception staff. It's a shame Dr is unaware of how their patients get treated by them and how much business they loses as a result.

Ok Surgeon BUT extraordinarily expensive - be VERY prepared for a VERY large gap payment.
