I am a veteran from Afghanistan and all they had to do was write a simple report to DVA for my claim for my injuries sustained at war. I had my appointment and after 3 months I called their office to ask if they have sent it. The answer was no and they will get around to it. After 8 months I called to find out, and was told that they had an accident and it wasnt sure if they would continue to work. I told my GP who knew them that my report wasnt done and that they had an accident and was no longer working, she told me as she knew them that they never had an accident and they are working. So I rang the surgery again, and it was a new receptionist, who was very helpful and tried to get them to write a report for my. After all this the receptionist called me back and said I needed to make another appointment as the notes were too plain they needed to add more. Needless to say I never went back. Stay away from them they have no care about you.
