My practically brand new Nexus 6P had a cracked screen, which I had them ' repair' .within 2 weeks the screen lifted off, the battery almost died within 3 hrs standby on full charge, the phone got caught in reboot loops , you name it. They challenged that ANY of it was due to them...phone is now useless. I'd also purchased from them earlier , a power pack, and a separate type C USB... Both stopped working within 2 months...I cannot believe this company is still in business. I'd rather give zero stars if this site would allow it.

One of the phone cases I bought split after the first week of use. The receipt states they will provide a 12 month warranty but the store manager directed me to a different set of legal rules on a wordy document they have taped onto their counter. They point blank refused to offer a replacement.

Be very wary of purchasing from this store.

Phone case bought at the store only lasted 2 months for no apparently reason or impact.
Store manager refused warranty replacement on obvious manufacturer fault phone case even though the receiptly clearly reads "12 months warranty on all phone cases and accessories"
Steer well away from the store. They are only interested in getting your money and not honour any warranty from the products they sell.

Shocking customer service. Returned after they did a faulty repair on my iPhone and then refused to fix it unless I paid a second time? Do not go here they are dodgy.
