I'm a Clinical Psychologist based in Glebe, specialising in helping adults overcome anxiety disorders, phobias, panic and worry.

I work from an integrative perspective, combining the best evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and mindfulness approaches. I help clients identify, understand and break free from anxiety and fears through effective step-by-step strategies. This is done in a supportive and caring manner, with an appreciation of each individual's unique circumstances and challenges. My goal is to help each client live a meaningful life while feeling at ease.

My clinical experience include working at the Emotional Health Clinic (Macquarie University) which is world renowned in research and treatment of anxiety disorders. I've also worked at Sydney University and Sydney public hospitals. My postgraduate qualifications include a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Master of Science from Sydney University.
