Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was disgusted by the receptionist attitude. For a company who is suppose to be helping people, you have no idea how to talk to patients. I was referred to you by my GP as I have a history of melenomas. I was anxious and nervous to see a new doctor about this and was hoping to find comfort in your help. What a mistake.
