Dr Tao is the kindest, most considerate dentist I have ever been to - and at the age of nearly 74 I have been to many dentists. He is extremely professional and alerts patients to the procedures he is about to undertake. My grandchildren have absolutely no hesitation about "going to the dentist" because of his approach to his young patients. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Chris. I would give him eight stars out of five if I could. His staff have excellent customer service and always try their hardest to accommodate emergencies which may arise for his patients. I would wish that there were more people in the world with the personality of Dr Chris. The world would be a more peaceful and happier place.
My son has been suffering with an infected tooth which keeps bleeding, I finally got an appointment and then we were told the dentist wanted to leave early that day and could I pull my son out of school to fit in another day. Absolutely disgusting, if you make an appointment stick to it!
We sincerely regret upsetting you. Unfortunately, most people choose not to see Dentists, Doctors & other specialists as human beings just like themselves. They also fall ill, have accidents and in most cases have families and children just like everyone else. The incident that occurred that particular day was our Dentist was involved earlier that month in a serious car accident & due to this was in need of many medical appointments as well. We needed to move around some patients because of this. Thankfully, most, and by most I mean nearly all of the patients we needed to move were very understanding and we rescheduled them to another day, however, there will always be people that no matter how hard you try to accomodate them, will just not be satisfied and we apologise for the upset but hope you will take into consideration, Dentists are human too.
