Judging by the general busyness of this place, I'm sure many have found it beneficial. Sadly, after much anticipation and waiting weeks for an appointment, it wasn't for me. Perhaps as I was at the tail end of a busy week...I was kept waiting for over an hour while people went in and out of the doctor's office seemingly at random. I might add waiting room seating is wooden planks attached to the wall so was very uncomfortable. There are thin cushions but it was still unpleasant to sit on for any length of time. Dr Little took two personal calls during my consultation which I was surprised and dismayed about. It was recommended I return for extensive sublingual drops but I decided not to return. I wish I had the two hours of my life, and out of pocket fee (about $100) back.
Dr Little is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and committed specialist. I have been seeing Dr Little since October 2012. I had been to so many doctors before Dr Little so I was nervous and not sure what to expect, so I looked up reviews on the net and came across the two reviews on this page (there were only two in August 2012), they did not sound promising which made me very anxious about going, as Dr Little was my last hope for answers to my sickness, I was not disappointed. ...read more
Excellent doctor, reduced or cured allergy related health problems I have suffered from for years. Thorough and dedicated to patients' welfare. The two reviews below are clearly tight money wise (no price on good health in my opinion), and didn't persevere with the doctor's advice!!! I would highly recommend Dr Little to anyone suffering from allergies :)
I've been a patient here since July last year.Recently, I missed an appointment (without wanting to) and instead of calling me, I received an account of $50.00 for not cancelling my appointment. I called and explained that I didn't realised I had missed it, but the receptionist said to me "that's too bad, you knew the date and time." And even though I had spent around $1000.00 since I first became a patient, and even thought the doctor still didn't know what was wrong with me after all that time, I was very much treated like a number. I've since paid the bill and cancelled all my future apps.
I also found the doctor to use a lot of "terminology" and often found myself on the next searching for what he had said to me, as he was not able to explain things properly, without medical jargon.
Needless to say, I was very surprise by the "treatment" I received.
