Dr Delahunty is wonderful but receptionist needs a attitude recheck. I get your busy but talking people nicely isn't hard. We paid cash today she rings and accuses my daughter who is in hospital of me not paying. Hung up saying I'll count float but u didn't pay I called her back after my daughter told me about call to inform I gave her 4 x $20 notes and she goes yeah I found it and hangs up. Not one apology or anything accused me of getting a recept without payment then finds it and can't apologise. Manners don't hurt and maybe count the float before you accuse a patient of stealing the cash and leave without payment
