Dr Desiree Yap

Dr Yap is an amazing doctor. She is warm and lighthearted and does her very best to make you feel comfortable even when discussing some uncomfortable things about your lady bits! I found her to be very professional in all encounters; during consulation and also when having a surgical procedure. She even held my hand before I went under which I thought was very nice. She is a great doctor!

Totally unprofessional I had a booking for a routine procedure to be done call to double check my appointment three months later and they had lost my booking even though they had all my details on file and my referral in their system. I then patiently waited for another appointment - to which they preceded to offer me one 6 months later which was way past the time that my procedure could be done - terrible customer service and they did not even care to try and sort it out.
