Truly exceptional. Staff are so kind and caring. No one wants to have root canal, but if you have to, this is the place to go.

What a great Endodontist with amazing staff. I took my 8 year old daughter there and he was just brilliant. He explained everything that was going on and was so attentive to my daughter's needs. The whole experience was just exemplary. I actually asked about the negative review listed below and was advised that the contents of this review were not correct at all but that it was not possible to respond to the review without breaching patient confidentiality. My impression was that there was much more to this story than the person posting the review is indicating. I can assure other prospective patients that Dr Verdickt is entirely professional. He comes highly recommended from me!

Following an accident my husband was referred to Dr Gary Verdickt for root canal. The wonderful staff booked his consultation in outside of hours. Dr Verdickt was incredible - He took the time to explain step by step what had happened and what he needed to do with the treatment plan. It was in my opinion that root canal was a painful experience but Dr Verdickt was very gentle and my husband experienced virtually no pain.
I would recommend Dr Verdickt to anyone who needs treatment, in particular anyone who has had trauma to their teeth/bone for different reasons. He was a true gentleman, his staff friendly and cooperative. They could not do enough to make the experience as easy as possible. The clinic / practice was extremely clean and comfortable and the classical music very soothing and comforting!
Beware do not take your child to see this dentist. He has the people skills of a brick wall.
My son was referred to see dr verdict for root canal surgery. The place was like stepping back in time without a facility to rinse your mouth out just 2 cups.
No happy gas or numbing gel just straight in there with a needle.
When we raised a concern with his he lost it got very aggressive and stoped the procedure. He has since got the procedure done cheaper and with care for him.
Beware u have been warned!
