Friendly, fast, efficient service. Good diagnostic skills, puts his finger right on the problem. Very good result with an arthroscopy of the knee (torn meniscus). Minimal inconvience. Being a cowdy custard I was also impressed with the surgeon's pleasant bed side manner. A surgeon very down to earth and very compassionate.
