I wish I had read these reviews before making an appointment. I just left without seeing the Doctor. She wasn’t even there and an hour away in traffic. Totally disrespectful. Unacceptable.

Dr was late by HOURS for every appointment, even if you were the first appointment of the day.

She did not seem to have reviewed the file before you walked in, so we had to recover ground. I do not feel confident in the diagnosis she made - subsequent specialists we saw did not make similar findings.

Dr Parle was even literally falling asleep in one our our appointments. She did not write any summary letters to GP, nor other correspondence without repeated prompting. Very disorganised admin as well. Would not recommend!

Extremely disorganised and unprofessional surgery. Chaotic waiting room. Dr was running 1.5 hours late. Only when we indicated to the receptionist that we couldn't wait any longer, did things move any faster. My husband had to miss the appointment entirely as he had to go move the car from the timed parking. Then after waiting for so long, we didn't really like the Dr anyway. Will be looking for a new paediatrician.

I attended this surgery for my son as my old specialist is no longer practicing. My appointment was running 4 hours late with no appology and I had already driven 5 hours to attended this appointment. I was then confronted with a extremely rude unprofessional receptionist with a very bad attitude who raised her voice and roll her eyes at my mother who was trying to explain to her we could not wait for this appointment any longer as this would put me home well after midnight travelling on country roads with 2 small children. As for the specialist she was very ordinary and nothing compared to my old one. I will most definately not be attending this practice again.
