Rod himself was fine. His assistant Margot however, was repeatedly disorganised regarding my account, and unbelievably rude in demanding information that I and others had already provided her. This approach was really unwelcomed at a difficult time, and while she did eventually apologise, I would not recommend Rod based on the need to deal with his assistant.
