Is it greed or arrogance that lead medical professionals to think it's ok to keep patients waiting over an hour for an appointment? This practice is disorganised and inattentive. It has no regard for other people's time and lacks the courtesy to inform patients of delays; whether before the scheduled time or while waiting in the drab waiting room. If medical businesses like these weren't underwritten my Medicare they'd be out of business. Recommendation - look further afield. You deserve better.
