Dr Joe is an absolue genius. He has brought my MacBook back from the grave, repaired an iPhone that Apple declared they could not fix, a year on the phone still works perfectly. I've taken many computers, phones over the many years I've been a customer, i have alsorecommended Joe to several friends and family now use only him for technological repairs. Joe is an outstanding professional who continues to impress me. Most importantly he is a very honesty and trustworthy person with a kind and friendly attitude. Beware! We left my daughter's $1,500 laptop with this guy for repair. He kept it for months under the pretext that he was "looking for parts". When we decided that he had held onto the machine for way too long without any results, we were unable to get it back because the guy had lost it. Not only did he lose it, but when we requested compensation he went silent and refused to offer compensation or even discuss it.
The shop itself is an absolute mess and it isn't surprising he can't keep track of things. Leave your computer with this guy at your peril.
You are reviewing the incorrect person Michael. You've made a mautake, Joe would never do that, he is highly organised and his shop is not a mess, it is like every other computer repair store. Definitely think you've mixed up your review with another business
