Dr. K Low has been our family GP for over 30 years
ever since my husband was a young boy and I saw him through my 2 pregnancies and he has given my girls all their immunisations.
we booked 4 of us in for an appointment, which we had to do 2 days in advanced.
we were all quite sick and we had a lot of things on, and the appointment had slipped my mind.
the receptionsit called and asked why we missed our apointment, I was only honest and said that we had a lot on and it slipped my mind. I apologised and said it wouldnt happen againt.
now today my husband called to make an appointment, and he got told bu the receptionsit that he was no longer allowed to be a patient of Dr Lows anymore.
I think its poor practise, and a real kick in the teeth. we have been loyal patients all this time and this is what we get.
time to find another family GP.
