My field is shamanic medicine. I am a British trained medical doctor and former holistic physician; trained analyst and psychotherapist in depth psychology, and an initiated medicine man and priest in Old English traditions.
I left medical practice to provide a holistic and educational approach to health, which I direct back to my client for their own management and personal empowerment. This is for all manner of health concerns, which I deliver as a consultant, psychotherapist and mentor.
My staff and I deliver self-directed educational and training courses online and elsewhere through the Holistic Health College.

I am a commentator in the direction of health and modern medicine, as well as a statesman for the role of genuine alternatives in healthcare. I am an innovator in psycho-spiritual pathways that are inclusive of or driven by health concerns.
This innovation has a traditionally shamanistic or alchemical basis, yet is in the thoroughly modern context of consciousness exploration. It explores health and disease, of both body and mind; and engages areas such as suffering, sexuality, and death in an open and honest manner.

I am a published author in the fields of medicine, sexuality, and spirituality. I founded and direct DrKennan.com. I currently run the Holistic Health College, and direct the Shamanic Medicine Project.
In the tradition of my heritage and ancestry, my main field of interest is Old English and Celtic spirituality.
