Hr. Hoyle is treating my reappearence of bladder cancer.There is no doubt in my mind about her professional knowledge and experienc. All questions have been answered in an understandable, plain language and in a very caring way. Her treatment of my cancer seems to work very well. There might be better ways, but in respect of medical matters I am an absolut laity and I want it to stay like that. In my opinion, a very good understanding between patient and doctor is the first step of a long way to recovery.
I find her advertising dishonest.
Early 2015 I used her service.
She offered her surgery as 'no-gap' if private health cover exist, but didn't mention (not even at the pre assessment appointment) that she arranges, and her surgery depends on, external services (hospital, anesthetist) who bill directly, with costs now depend on you cover.
Good on the other side compared to other offers on the market is a high level of her qualification/experience and the medical facilities she is using.
