I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Chilov who is my Cataract surgeon. He is attentive and charming professional with exceptional medical background. I would gladdly recommend him to anyone with cataract or other eye condition. My experience with Michael was exceptional which is rare with medical practitioners these days.
