Waited 2 weeks for an appointment. They cancelled without notice. If you're not well better to book somewhere that can actually see you.

The most loving and caring doctor ever!!! She takes her time to listen to you and make sure she checked every little detail about your health. So yes - sometimes she runs late because of that, so you better always call and confirm what time you should really go. But it is always worth it as you know she is not going to be rushing when your turn comes. She is amazing!!! Our family doctor...

I've just started seeing Dr Nihad Jackson and find her to be very thorough. I used to wait for hours at a medical clinic and when it came to my turn I was rushed through. Dr Jackson seems to me to have more of a caring approach based on "it takes as long as it takes." On one occasion my appointment took an hour and it was a "full on" hour. She picked up something others seem to have brushed over lightly when I had mentioned my symptoms and history of both parents having colonic cancer. So, to me Dr Jackson is very careful, listens extremely well, doesn't brush things aside due to time constraints. I've been referred to a specialist just to make sure things are checked every so often, something that should have been done on a regular basis 5 years ago but brushed over by one of those medical clinics. I moved here 3 years ago and had terrible trouble finding a good doctor. I tried a few in manly before seeing Dr.Jackson. The noes I tried had no waiting time and they also couldn't get me out of their surgery quick enough. If that's what you want then don't see Dr Jackson. She has been the most thorough Dr I think I have ever seen. She does not rush any of her patients and is very compassionate. Yes you do have to wait to see her but if you call the receptionist she will tell you what the waiting time is so that you are not wasting your time. Sometimes a great doctor is worth waiting for. I will not go to anyone else.

Dr Jackson is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, kind, and compassionate. If you want the quick, assembly line service that so many doctors are criticized for, don't see Dr Jackson. If you want a doctor who will take her time, and produce exemplary results, this is where you go.
