both I and my husband appreciate Dr. Yong a lot, my pregnancy is always difficult, and I would like to say without him we can't have our miracle baby,

Called today to make an appointment only to have a horrible excuse for a person forget to put me on hold, make fun of my name to other colleagues. Pulled them up on it only to receive a very sheepish sorry. Seriously unprofessional conduct. I am now getting a referral to someone else. I'm sure Dr. Yong is a good Dr. But if these are the sorts of people answering the phone then no thank you. I'm giving half a star because you can't give zero.

Sadly, my experience with them has caused great distress to me as I found that their care is only limited.

Used him for my first baby and will definitely use him for my next one. Cost is low compared to other obstetricians - and he delivers more (pardon the pun). Very professional and lovely bedside manner. The staff at his practice is lovely to deal with. I had complications during labour, and he was really great through it all.

Dr Yong is outstanding. He genuinely cares about you and follows up throughout the entire process. He has helped me with fertility issues which has been made that little bit easier by having a doctor who I can call at any time for advice and who I completely trust to help me make some difficult decisions. After being referred to a new specialist by Dr Yong he has continued to keep up to date with my case and continues to ring to check in with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
