In 1957, an unusual ocurrence stirred the Cosmetics Industry. Long dominated by the French, the prestigious award, PRIX CIDESCO Du Comit? et de Cosmetologie, went to a German scientist for the first time. This recipient, a young, inventive, Dr. R.A. Eckstein, brought a radical approach to skin care that had never previously been witnessed.
With an emphasis on natural ingredients, Dr. R.A. Eckstein created products that proved to be visionary, foreshadowing todays emphasis on natural ingredients, sourced cruelty free.
