office is small - no receptionist/,desk in waiting room, so we needed to enter treatment room to check in. No privacy, other patients in room when we entered and there for some time(at computer, staring at us!). everything in treatment room. weird set up. two other employees hanging around, not doing much whole time, except listening in on private information. is this what you get with 'private' health insurance? seems more like public hospital stuff to me - no privacy, no dignity. not good enough. will go elsewhere.
