Dr Rubina Hameed is a general paediatrician who works at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne and in private practice at Main Road Specialist Centre, Eltham and Northpark Private Hospital.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of general paediatrics, up to age 18 years. Areas of special interest include management of newborn babies, unsettled babies (in conjunction with the Mother and Baby Unit at Northpark), and allergy. In addition she has an an interest in the assessment and management of ADHD and autism spectrum disorders.

My family of three children have built up a relationship with Dr Hameed over 15 yrs, in that time we have had many different medical concerns with each of the kids. Dr Hameed has been there every step of the way in an incredibly supportive & friendly manner. Her knowledge and professionalism are second to none and the way in which she has emotionally connected with each of my kids is admirable. Her care and follow up have been nothing short of amazing, always going above and beyond for her patients. Dr Hameed's ability to listen and in turn explain is always greatly appreciated, making us feel comfortable and very confident in her findings and care plan. I only wish we didn't need to find a new Doctor as my children become adults.
