Dr. Sarah Visser is a registered clinical psychologist who specialises in adult individual therapy. She is an experienced practitioner in a variety of areas such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and bereavement, gambling, self-esteem and relationship concerns. Sarah enhanced her skills working in a range of hospitals and community based services providing individual client-based therapy and training for health professionals. Sarah also has specialist skills in the areas of bereavement, older adult mental health and gambling. Skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, she is able to work with clients in a way that is helpful to them.

Sarah demonstrates an understanding of how difficult it can be for people to ask for help and shows a genuine interest in her clients and their efforts to manage the difficulties that life presents.
