I couldn't recommend Draft-Rite highly enough. Ray has a wealth of knowledge and was always generous with his time (at no extra cost) when I had questions. I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire design process. If you like smaller organisations with specialised expertise - that you rarely get using the big mobs - then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Draft-Rite.
These plans took longer than I was told they would. This held the whole building process up. The finished product lacked detail that the builders complained about. Simple details like the layout of a bathroom were not well thought through. Reasonably priced. If you were to use this company, only do so if you have a very clear idea of every detail.
