If you're walking past, Dragon Phoenix isn't much to look at. But give the food a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised. It's a little on the expensive side though, and there are cheaper places with food of comparable quality. The lunch special is excellent value at $8, and there are several banquets that are decent for the price. I recommend the salt and pepper squid. It's not cheap at $20, but delicious.
