Phil (& his son Frank) are the only plumbers Mum will use. They've always been trustworthy, have done good work, provided sound advice and have done all this for a fair price
My experience with Philip was excellent. He came when he said he would, he fixed our issue and cleaned up when he was done. I had a couple of questions about some renovations and he was very helpful and honest with the information he provided. I will definitely call him when we get around to it!
They fix one problem and found another major problem. They said to wait a couple of weeks and they will be back. After many phone calls to them asking when are they coming back and all they kept saying ill come past next week. 3 months later and they still have not come back to finish the job.
