Same experience here, won't return bond won't return calls, company owes 2.4 million in bond was sued then opened up as melbourne luxury car hire claim that dream drivers aren't them even though they are at the same location with the same website ...... same practice. They look legitimate however they will not return your bond no wonder their building got shot at no surprise the works must sleep with their eyes open.

It was an AWFUL experience, although the car we hired had nothing wrong with it, however the deposit is still not back. Has already being 12 months now, $30,000 still not returned. We were promised to have the 24 hour pick up service available however when we need them to pick it up, we were told it was too late and no one is able to pick it up, we then had to drive the vehicle back to Richmond ourselves and were CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY. Had to go through VCAT, hired a lawyer and through all that cost to me, I still aren't getting my money back.
We did scratch the rim of wheel, however this does not mean, DDM gives us non sense about how the deposit is coming from overseas, cheque bouncing back after receiving it.
