Very disappointing experience.
My cavoodle was groomed in about half the time it usually takes. He had long clumps scattered around his body that I needed to tidy up with scissors. Worst of all was the crater taken out of the skin under his left arm, about the size of a 5 cent piece. The wound was deep (full skin thickness) and was causing my dog considerable discomfort. I messaged the groomer with a photo of the wound and she responded by saying she didn't realize she had cut him but wasn't suprised, because of how mattered he was and that I had signed an 'agreement' regarding this.

I get my lab clipped regularly to battle the double coat tumbleweed. Victoria is friendly and professional - and she makes my dog smell like a coconut (much more pleasant around the house!) It's also a plus that she's mobile, meaning my dog doesn't have to spend all day tied up at the groomers.
