Chris and Anthony are the best lads in the business. They repaired my car once and I was pleased that it came home super slick, cleaned and looking like new. The second time I got reversed into, I had to take it a garage where the insurer had designated and the chaps there did an okay job. You couldn't complain coz they fixed what they were suppose to do but the quality of customer service truly pales in comparison. The car came back dirty and dusty. Now I will not hesitate to go back them on any given day. I have recommended my girlfriends and they too have been happy with the level of service. Two thumbs up for Chris and Anthony.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease and professionalism of Chris and the staff. I had not cleaned my car knowing it was going to a panel beater and having previous experiences, i thought there is no point as it will come back dirty with hand marks and dust all over it. Well not only was the work done efficiently and as quoted, but the car was returned cleaned inside and out. The staff who quoted me was really helpful although the staff wasn't the one who did the work. They promised me a quote in writing, I had to keep calling back to get the quote and ended up waiting a week for it. When I got the car back I noticed it hadn't even been hosed off never mind a basic wash and was covered in black dust and grime so I checked the paint work and found a small dent in one of my doors with a fair bit of paint missing - it was definately fresh. There were heaps of little scratches on the sides of the car, including a few deep ones that felt fresh. I was dreading getting my car assessed and putting it in to get fixed, after a nasty driving incident! Been down this road before and came out feeling that being a woman, was taken for a long ride! A work friend of mine recommended this business, so I made an appointment for assessment. The guy that performed the assessment was so professional - he explained what they were going to do, what was to be replaced etc., in the most non-condescending manner I have encountered within this industry. When he advised me that the repair would take 3 days, I was overjoyed! I was absolutely ecstatic when I received a phone call in 2 days to say that my car was ready. Not only was the repair job fantastic, but the inside of the car was totally detailed - I'm so ashamed that someone had to clean up my mess!!! I can't recommend this business any more strongly.

I recently had my work vehicle repaired by the guys at Toowong Milton after a nasty car crash.

I was met by courteous professional staff that took care of everything for me.

The work was completed in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised by their turn around time (given the seriousness of the crash I was not expecting to get it back that soon).

As far as the pain work is concerned it is impeccable, I cannot tell that car has been repaired. Moreover, I received my car back fully detailed.
