Drive Safe Brakes Shocks & Springs

Do not use this mechanic! Going back a while now but I took my Volkswagen Bora here for a repair/replacement on a new clutch the repair took over 3 months, and Im not sure how it took this long, the mechanic wasnt waiting on parts because the clutch kit was within Australia I checked with suppliers at the time. It turned out that the mechanic was unsure of how to install the clutch and they admitted to this stating this was the reason it was taking so long, they advised me they were awaiting technical notes for install to be posted to them to help with install. However I ended up finding the manual (tech notes) online and it was delivered to me within the week. When they installed the clutch they had to remove the drive shaft to install the clutch and there was a special tool needed to tighten the drive shaft when being put back into place it was a triple square tool which unfortunately is hard to find and unfortunately this was not actually used by this ...read more
