We are primarily a bulk billing centre if you hold a current concession card.
Skin checks and minor procedures are bulkbilled for all patients.
Children under 16 are bulk billed.

It's a shame when one member of staff can ruin your visit, but that has happened to me. The most senior receptionist was very rude, both on the phone and in person. I was told that I "was not allowed to make an appointment with my Dr as she was leaving and only seeing patients that really needed it"...and after seeing it had been more than 2 months since my last visit. I was not offered an appointment with another Dr. After another 6 weeks of sufffering I decided to see another Dr in the clinic...made an appointment by phone, and was spoken down to again by her. She ranted about how I got this appointment, this Dr was not taking new patients, and I shouldn't have been booked in. She then made a point of loudly telling the other staff to NEVER make an appointment like mine again. Great family doctors. Friendly service, you can see one particular doctor if you wish, or if it is quite urgent there is always someone you can see. This is great with young children. The reception staff are helpful, friendly and the nurses also of high quality. Our family have quite a few chronic health issues so a good doctor is very important. I have tried many on the Peninsula and this one is by far the best.
Excellent Doctors Clinic, that has gone from strength to strength, more professional, with more doctors. Has improved in customer service, nurse care, waiting times have declined, bulk bill, but has sadly always had trouble keeping doctors to stay. Good to know, they now have a great selection of doctors, or many ethnic backgrounds, may not be for everyone. The nurses are experienced, reception is very good. l have seen most the doctors there, sadly one doctor did not impress me, and l felt he was not sure himself, Dr. Donovan, nice chap, but l did not feel his diagnosis was accurate, and it turned out very false, not just for me, but my wife, had same issue, but thats our experience, a great clinic, recommended..
